Property Description
Ortoparadiso is situated in a scenic area in the town of Minori, at an elevation of 105 meters ASL.
Access to the property requires climbing a flight of stairs from the street level. The staircase requires a standard level of physical fitness. Please consider any physical limitations you may have.
The property is surrounded by lush Mediterranean nature, making it ideal for environmentally friendly guests who appreciate being close to local flora and fauna. We recommend considering any potential allergies related to vegetation or the presence of insects.
Check-In Information
Our reception team is available on-site and by phone from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM to assist you during your stay.
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM. Early check-in is available upon prior notice.
Our dedicated staff is committed to delivering a warm and comprehensive welcome experience ensuring that every arrival receives personalized attention. We gladly arrange porter services for all guests arriving between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
If you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM, please notify us of your preferred check-in method: either a convenient Self Check-In or our attentive Check in with Porter Service (available at an additional charge).
‘’Self Check-In’’ information
Guests opting for self-check-in will need to complete the check-in procedures independently. You will receive all necessary information for this process.
For those arriving by car, parking procedures will be conducted without assistance. Luggage transportation up the stairs will be the responsibility of the guests.
Please note that if we do not receive any communication regarding your preferred check-in method, we will default to our self-check-in procedure. If guests arrive after 6:00 PM without informing us of their arrival time, self-check-in will be automatically applied.
‘’Check in with Porter Service’’ information
Guests opting for Check in with Porter Service will receive assistance with their luggage upon arrival at the property and to their room.
The applicable rates will be charged at check-out as follows and the payment collected at your check out:
EVENING CHECK IN

LATE CHECK IN
(8:00 pm - 10:00 pm)

NIGHT CHECK IN
(10:00 pm - 12:00 Am)
From 80 euro
Please note that after midnight, the Porter Service is no longer available, and you will automatically proceed to self-check-in.
Check-out Information
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
Unless you request assistance the day before, guests are responsible for their own luggage transportation during check-out.
Upon request, you may stay on the property and enjoy our pool and sundeck until 2:00 PM. We will securely store your luggage.
Final Payment Information
Your final payment must be settled by reception closing time on the day before your departure, unless otherwise agreed upon with management.
Any additional services or products purchased after that will need to be paid at check-out.
Guests are required to pay the city tax to the township of Minori. For more detailed information, please read this PDF

Cleaning Service
Our rooms are self-contained units with kitchenettes. During your stay, we will do a light tidy up of the room on a daily basis.
For stays longer than 5 nights, a cleaning will be carried out halfway through your stay.
If you would like fresh towels during your stay, you are welcome to request them at the reception opening hours.
Breakfast Information
Breakfast is served on our outdoor terrace from 7:45 AM to 9:30 AM. In case of rain or wind, breakfast will be provided in your room.
If you have any special dietary restrictions or intolerances, please inform us in writing before your arrival.
Parking Information
Our parking facilities are located just 100 meters from the staircase leading to the property.
We offer two parking options:
Type A (20.00€ / night): This option allows you full access to your car at all times.
Type B (15,00€ / night): only allows limited access – you have to leave the car key at the reception
Please note that pricing may vary for larger vehicles, such as vans and buses.
Guests may use their parking space until 10:00 AM on the day of check-out. If you wish to use the parking facility beyond this time, an additional fee of €3.00 will apply for every commenced hour.
Our parking facilities are not under video surveillance, and we do not take responsibility for any damages that may occur to vehicles parked on our premises.
We recommend booking your parking space well in advance. Reservations can be made through our "Arrival Form” or by contacting us via email.
Pool & Sundeck information
Our pool and sundeck are open daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM for guests from June 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025.
Please note that the opening hours and the seasonal opening and closing dates may change based on management’s decision and weather conditions.
Security & Wi-Fi information
For security reasons, our property is under 24/7 video surveillance.
Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi access both indoors and outdoors throughout the property.
