The Property

Orto Paradiso, perched 105m above sea level in Minori, offers breathtaking views of the town and the sea.

Access is via approximately ~150 wide, gradually sloping steps, requiring a very basic fitness. Not recommended for guests with walking disabilities or other physical impairments.

Surrounded by lush Mediterranean greenery, it’s perfect for nature-loving and eco-conscious guests.

Reception

Our reception team is available on-site and by phone to assist you daily from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (low season) or 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (high season).

Check-in

Check-in starts at 2:00 pm.

Early check-in is available upon request for luggage drop-off.

During Reception Hours, a warm welcome and porter service included.

After Reception Hours, guests may choose:

-      Self Check-In: Manage check-in, parking, and luggage independently via email/WhatsApp instructions

-       Check-In Assistance: Assistance with luggage and guidance to your room.

Fees:

·       17:30–19:00 → €25/room

·       19:00–20:30 → €35/room

·       20:30–22:30 → €55/room

·       22:30–24:00 → €85/room

Notes: Fees may vary depending on number of luggage .  

If we do not receive any communication regarding your preferred check-in method, or in the case of late arrivals, self-check-in will be applied by default. After midnight, self-check-in will automatically take effect.

Check-out

Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.

Guests are responsible for their own luggage unless special arrangements are made in advance.

Upon request, luggage can be stored and guests may use the pool and sundeck until reception closes.

Final Payment Information

Final payment must be settled by reception closing time the day before departure, unless otherwise agreed with management.

Guests are required to pay the city tax to the township of Minori. For more detailed information, please read this PDF

Cleaning Service

Rooms are self-contained units with kitchenettes and receive a daily light tidy.

Stays over 7 nights include a mid-stay cleaning.

Breakfast Information

Continental breakfast is served on the outdoor terrace from 7:45 – 9:30 AM. In-room service is available in case of bad weather conditions. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions in advance.

Parking Information

Our parking is located approximately 150 meters from the staircase:

  • Type A (€22/night): Full access to your car

  • Type B (€18/night): Limited access; keys left at reception

Prices may vary for larger vehicles. Parking is free until 10:00 AM on check-out day; €3 per hour applies after.

Parking is not under video surveillance, and we are not responsible for any damage that may occur to vehicles parked on our premises. Advance booking is recommended via our Arrival Form or email.

Pool & Sundeck

Open daily from 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, from late May to mid-October. Hours and seasonal dates may change due to management decisions or weather conditions.

Security & Wi-Fi

For your safety, the property is under 24/7 video surveillance in the common areas. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, both indoors and outdoors.
