Check-In: Reception is open 8:00–16:00 (low season) / 8:00–17:30 (high season). Guests arriving during these hours enjoy our Welcoming & Porter service.
Late Arrival: Arrivals after reception hours can choose Self Check-In or request Welcoming & Porter service for an extra fee.
Rooms & Cleaning: Rooms are self-contained with kitchenette and private terrace. Light cleaning is included; full daily cleaning is available on request for an additional charge.
Pool & Sun Deck: Open daily in high season. Dates may vary depending on weather.
Parking: Available on request. Limited spaces—please book in advance.
Baby Cot: Available for children under 3 years (extra charge applies).

Cancellation: Free until 30 days before arrival. Within 30 days, 100% of the booking amount is charged.
